At Kozmozcyber, all of our items are custom-made on demand. Each product is individually printed, cut, and handcrafted only after an order is placed. Because of this unique made-to-order process, we can only accept returns or refunds in specific situations.

✅ When a refund or replacement can be approved

We gladly support customers in cases where there is:

A manufacturing defect (printing error, wrong design, incorrect size sent, damaged item, etc.)

A quality issue directly caused during production

A carrier damage case with valid proof
