We accept returns within 120 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in their packaging. Sale items are non-refundable. If you have any issues, please reach out to [email protected].
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 10 working days. Depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
Since our items are custom made, we normally don’t offer size exchanges. However, if you have an issue with your order, please reach out to [email protected] and we will find a suitable solution.

To maintain your custom shoes, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth. Avoid machine washing to preserve the print quality.
