After being surprised at home, Pol Espargaro was introduced to his Repsol Honda RC213V MotoGP bike for 2021.
Espargaro may be seen running with his pet Husky, Eina, in the video, which can be found at the bottom of this post. HRC team members wheel the iconic Repsol Honda machine into the Spaniard’s garden while he’s abroad. Espargaro’s number 44 was likewise on the Honda.
After that, it was sheer happiness and the realization of a goal for Espargaro, who joins HRC after spending the previous four seasons with the Red Bull KTM team. Espargaro and KTM had their finest year in MotoGP in 2020, with Espargaro claiming five podiums and finishing fifth overall in the standings.

Espargaro will compete with former Moto2 rival Marc Marquez, if his fitness permits. After injuring his arm in the season opening at Jerez, the six-time MotoGP champion has not raced since July. Meanwhile, after one season with the factory Honda team, Alex Marquez joins the LCR Honda team.
