Jannthaman Hoodie Nissan Nismo Sweater Nissan Academy, Nissan Nismo, Motul, Michelin, Fia, World Endurance Championship Racing Uniform Jann Mardenborough?(born 9 September 1991) is a professional racing driver from the United Kingdom who competes in the Japanese Super GT series. He was the third (and youngest) winner of the GT Academy competition in 2011, defeating 90,000 other competitors. He was given a chance to race for Nissan in the Dubai 24 Hour race. He went on to compete in the F3 European Championship and the GP3 Series, winning a race in Hockenheim in the latter. In 2013, he made his debut in the 24 Hours of Le Mans, placing third in the LMP2 class. He raced with Nissan Motorsports in the 2015 FIA World Endurance Championship, however the team dropped out after only one race due to a car that was too uncompetitive. He?s competed in the Super GT and Super Formula championships in Japan since then. In the GT300 class of Super GT in 2016, he won a race and finished second in the championship. In 2017, he moved up to the GT500 class, where he is still competing in 2019 and has won a race. In 2017, he won the pole position for the first time in his Super Formula career.
